Greetings, Community,
I am using Zero Spam to reject unauthorized entries, but right now, in some forms, it is adding every entry to the Spam section, preventing the other programmed actions within the form from being executed. Any ideas?
Greetings, Community,

Do you have a link to the page where the form is located?
If you don’t want to post it publicly, please open a support ticket, including the system report from the Forms > System Status page.
I have been reviewing some add-ons… and I see the Blacklist option as a good one, even though it penalizes by adding unwanted emails to that list. That’s why I installed Zero Spam, although right now it is causing this issue, whereas it was working perfectly before.
How do we see the form with the issue on that page?
This specific page loads the forms through pop-up windows. In this case, I am referring to the “Family Package” form, for which I have currently disabled the Zero Spam option to allow client data entries. When I reactivate it, new entries continue to go to the Spam section.
Can you embed a form in a test page with the feature enabled so we can see the issue?
Of course, here on this page, there is only this form, already with the option activated.
After running several tests from the new page with the form embedded, the entries arrive without any issues. However, when submitted through the pop-up window, they go back to the Spam section.
It looks like you are using Elementor popups, which are known not to trigger the form init scripts. See the following page of the documentation for some code you can use to do that:
Good afternoon:
I have inserted an HTML field into each form that appears in a pop-up window, and within that field, I placed the code. Everything is working at 100%… Thank you for the support.
