This is my first post on this form, and I suppose there might be more to come in the future, some of which I hope are ones where I can start assisting others as I learn more about Gravity Forms.
I seem to be having an issue when trying to upload large files.
When I try 20MB files, no issue, but 1.6GB files and thats where the error messages kick in.
The error message in question in my case is:
- Failed to move uploaded file.
Now, in terms of setup.
I am running this on a Linux server and have modified the PHP INI file accordingly, max upload size is set to 5000M for both post and upload size. I have also changed the timeout etc to higher than one should to try and see if that helps, this I did in both the Root and Domain itself for this account/server.
I have reached out to my hosting company that managed my dedicated server and they say that there is nothing wrong on the server.
Another note to mention, the file extensions are all more bespoke than just PDF, JPG etc. We have used .rvt and other CAD styled extensions.
I hope this sheds some light on a potential issue I am having?
Any advise or ideas are more than welcome!
