Error: Invalid reCAPTCHA when used on multi-page forms

Hi there,

I’m having some issues making the reCAPTCHA work on a 2 page form where it constantly gives the following error message: “The reCAPTCHA was invalid. Go back and try it again.”

We’re using the inbuilt reCAPTCHA functionality (so not the Gravity Forms add-on) and a v2 Invisible reCAPTCHA.

It works fine on standard, 1 page, contact forms. But I can’t get it to work on a 2 page form. I tried placing the reCAPTCHA on the first page as well as the second page with no success.

When placed on the second page (so right before form submission), I will get the validation error but any form notifications are still sent out.

So far, I haven’t been able to resolve this issue, so was wondering if someone else had a similar issue in the past?
