Gravity Forms has a password strength meter, but unfortunately it considers very weak passwords like Password123 to be strong. Does anyone know of a workaround so a Gravity Form can validate passwords using either WordPress’ excellent strength meter or something similar?

Can anyone recommend a developer I could hire to fix this, so that Gravity Forms would pull the fix into the main codebase? I understand this has been on the feature request list for some time, but don’t know if I can wait long enough for that.
I’d like a solution that we can implement immediately, but don’t want to have to maintain an extra security plugin forever. Hence I’m keen to find a developer with a good track record of having their fixes pulled by Gravity Forms.
