When I am on the Entries page of a Gravity Form in WordPress, sometimes I am able to select the Entry Table Columns, sometimes I am not able to do that. Why? I want to be able to see the Entry Date for all my forms when I am on their Entries page, but I am only able to see it on certain forms.
