We are getting inconsistent ports of signups from the form to the constant contact list. I found a cron job that I forced and that seemed to upload signups but it was not definitive that this is what solved it. What mechanism uploads emails to CC lists and how can i ensure it’s working?
Data is sent to Constant Contact during the form submission, there’s no cron for this. If you want to investigate this further, enable logging, replicate the issue (or wait for it to happen again if you can’t replicate it), then open a support ticket and include your system report with the log links.
