Display Data based on user entry

I have two forms:
1 Registration form where I generate a Unique ID for each user.
2 Offer submission form where users can submit their offers.

All I want in Second form is a way or html to display the user name when he enters the Unique ID.

Entering Unique Id: 5857546 (generated in form 1)
Displaying: Chris Formsman (entered by user in form 1 when registering)
