Directing the user post PayPal

Two queries related to PayPal standard add on:

  1. Once user has paid at PayPal, I want them to return to a particular page on my site that is not the home URL (‘example.com/calender’) ; what do I do to direct the user there pls?

  2. At the moment I’m using the PayPal Sandbox and can’t see where the user ends up after paying. The following message appears: “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

The page they are returned to on your site is what you have set as the form Confirmation (be that a page, or text, or redirect.)
