We are looking for someone that can help us pull information from the Athena EHR API system based on a persons name and DOB and then populates a the rest of the form… that can then push out to submission in to a payment system / CRM (zoho) for enrollment automation there after.

I’ve worked on other integrations to pull in data from 3rd party API’s into Gravity Form fields.
