Contact's location

Hi everybody

I set a few Gravity Forms in my website and I have connected them with my Activecampaign account to pass all the contact’s information over

The problem is the contact’s location that shows in Activecampaign is incorrect

Any clue?

Hi Jorge. The best way to handle this will be to enable logging on your site. You can enable logging by going to Forms > Settings > Logging. Select: On, then [Save Settings]. By default this will enable all logging on your site. Documentation for Enabling Logging: https://docs.gravityforms.com/logging-and-debugging/#enabling-logging

After enabling logging, please test the form.
