I’m wondering if there is a snippet of code or an option somewhere to have the Consent checkbox already checked by default?

The consent field doesn’t support being checked by default, that would defeat the purpose of the field, which is to provide a way to capture consent in a way that is compatible with privacy regulations like GDPR.
What if I’m not concerned about GDPR since our advertising and marketing efforts are only for US based customers? I block all countries outside of the US from visiting the website.
It’s still not possible with that field type. You’ll need to use the Checkboxes field instead.
Our Terms of Service field may be a good solution for you in this context, @artflywheel.
