Did the new 2.5 update and I’m not able to Drag and Drop column controls on any EXISTING forms. It is allowing rows but NOT columns. BUT, the new feature does works on any NEW forms I create. Is this option not back compatible?
Hi Claudia. To use the column editor in Gravity Forms, please disable the “Legacy Markup” on the Form Settings for any existing form. If you need anything else, please open a support ticket here:
