Field Edit Column Has Disappeared

Hello All,

In need of a bit of help. Gravity forms was installed on our company website by a previous web developer. We have tried to add a new form but are getting a possible conflict issue.

When we start a new form then add a few fields, click save form. Once the page has refreshed the column on the right with all the edit fields/add fields disappears. We have tried a few times and now its showing at the bottom of the form. We can edit them but now the save form button does not work.

Any ideas?
