Im using usaepay as my payment gateway and would like to require the card holder name how can i do so?

Is your USAePAY payment gateway capturing the cardholder’s name? If the payment gateway does not request the name, Gravity Forms will not be able to include this option. In such a situation, please contact their support team for assistance.
