Hi all - we use Gravity Forms to allow members to input entries for specific items for sale. I have a member who wants all of his entries deleted, so I’m looking for a solution to (1) finding all of his listings using the search option - so far, this has not worked. He has listings, but when I enter his name in the search field, it doesn’t return any results, so what am I doing wrong? (2) If I can locate and bring up all of his entries, shouldn’t I be able to just select them all and then, through bulk actions, delete them? Any help would be greatly appreciated - TIA
Update: Also, when I try to search using the user’s email address, the search function lists results alphabetically, but only through the letter “E”.
