Another one here looking for a solution like that. In my case I want to show a HTML field if a specific text is inserted in a text field.
I.E.: if someone types wordX in a specific text field, a message is shown: “you can’t use in this field”
Right now I have to add 51 rules in a “SHOW this field if ANY of the following match:” conditional logic.

No Chris. Not necessary. I think that my pain was a once in a lifetime thing. (My field rule is: if someone - when asked to fill an email field - puts a “generic email provider” - like yahoo or gmail - show a message stating that generic emails are not allowed and hide the “Next” button. So, in fact, despite I picked 51 major generic email providers, once I created the rules I won’t have to go thru the pain of adding them all again. But, sure: it will be handy to have an option to add them in bulk.)
