Hi Salaim. What is the language setting for the website (on the WordPress > Settings > General page), does your user have the same language setting (site default) or a different language in their profile, and what is the language for the browser?

The page language is Arabic and the HTML output on the page is rtl, which means the content and the form should be shown RTL as well. What did you want to happen differently, or what is happening that you do not expect?
