My clients want an auto fill a part off a form.

When someone fills in there address in the form earlier is there a way to auto fill with the address already added earlier.

Example - Say someone has filled in there address in part of the form earlier, if you add something like is the address the same as you already filled in and if they click yes then the form opens up and autofills if they click no then it opens and they fill in there address.
