Hello,

I have an issue on our website with all our forms showing: An error prevented the entry for this form submission from being saved. Contact Support.

I have only just seen this from updating the Gravity Forms and wondered why we weren’t receving any leads, we need this sorting asap, I have already sent a support ticket in but need help as soon as please.

I have done the Cloudflare purge all already, with no success. I have already attempted to rerun the database upgrade, no joy.

Does anybody have any ideas with this?

Via a support ticket, we recommended testing with WP_DEBUG & WP_DEBUG_LOG enabled, which revealed one of the database tables was marked as crashed. This was repaired by the web host.
