We have a few sites using gravity forms with Akismet enabled. Akismet appears to be working as it’s listing the form submissions in the Spam tab, but occasionally the confirmation step still runs for those forms.
Gravity Forms will not send an email notification when the form is submitted, if the entry is flagged as spam by Akismet. If you are getting notifications for spam entries, I recommend opening a support ticket:
