Admin & User Notification Emails not received

I have been using Gravity forms for a while now and have not had any issues with it till last night when I installed the latest version and Im not able to receive email notifications anymore. I have looked through the forum and done the recommendations but nothing seems to work.

Logging is enabled and the website is lagoonhospitals.com

any help would be highly appreciated
