Hi all. I’m very new to Gravity Forms. I am creating a ‘reporting an absence’ form for a school website. On our current microsoft form, we have a question ‘reason for illness’ with three choices. whichever choice the user makes, it automatically opens a new question box related to that field. Eg. f the user chooses ‘illness’ the next question is “absence due to illness’ - give details about your child’s symptoms”. Is there a way of doing something similar with the radio buttons in a gravity form. Or is there a way of opening a dialogue box underneath if a user chooses that button. I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for any help! Lou

Give this video a watch for how to use conditional logic on fields to accomplish this.
