Add a form in a product using Woocommerce

Hey Gravity Form users,

I was trying to figure out on how to add form to a woocommerce product. Not just pasting a shortcode on the product page but rather the form is integrated on the product itself. Like when the purchase the product with the form. It will also reflect on the checkout details and customer’s account dashboard.

Has anyone dealt with this type of setting?

It sounds like you’re looking to incorporate a form that might also impact or record specific details at the product level within WooCommerce and also present that result in the Checkout details. The only add-on that supports that kind of functionality is the WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-on:
