What is WP recaptcha?
WP recaptcha is the only WP Plugin currently offering reCAPTCHA v3 for Gravity Forms.
WP recaptcha Supports all Google reCAPTCHA versions:
Version 3 
Version 2 - checkbox Version 2 - invisible
WP recaptcha is very simple to use! just select the page that contains the form - WP recaptcha will automatically generate the required recaptcha code.
It’s a real shame that it still doesn’t not exist in the middle of 2020 … please hurry up by doing this basic work!
Let’s go guys - you make one of the best plugins for WordPress, and this is a real dent to that reputation. Time to get cracking and implement recaptcha v3.
If they truly don’t have the time/resources at the moment with recoding the core of Gravity Forms then why not outsource it to a premium, highly reputable agency? There are some highly respected agencies or even individual contractors that could be paid by GF to develop this as an official addon to be taken over by GF in due course.

…I hate to say this, but from past experience (and abject failure) at getting GF to even “consider” a simple update request, I must say… don’t hold your breath.

I have previously said this is a serious omission by Gravity Forms and have just found the following plugin that says it adds V3 to Gravity Forms but it hasn’t been updated or tested in a while for compatibility.

There has not been any movement on reCAPTCHA v3. All our development focus is on Gravity Forms v2.5 currently. If anyone would like to voice their interest in the feature, I encourage them to do so on our product roadmap: https://www.gravityforms.com/gravity-forms-roadmap/
