Why doesn't my form look like the theme I chose? Do I need to add to the CSS?

I created a form, I chose a theme, and then I embedded the form onto my website with a short code but none of the CSS is translating. I’m wondering why my current form doesn’t look like the theme I chose. Is there something I need to add to the CSS?

I fixed this using Claude. It took forever just for the topic to get posted so I already handled it.
