When using checkbox wirh “ Other”

Hij,
I use a checkbox, radio or picklist, and have als the option “Other” if your option isn’t mentioned.
If you choose “Other” a field shows up and in that field is already stated “Other”
Is it possible to get rid of that word? If one is typeing the his wanted option, the. Word “other” should be removed first, if you forget than “other” comes at the end of the typed option.
Ron

What you’re getting for the “Other” choice is the expected, it’s done that way to comply with accessibility improvements after the cooperation between our product team and external accessibility experts that audited our forms before releasing Gravity Forms 2.5. There are no settings or filters to change that.

The only workaround available would be to enable legacy markup in the form settings, but doing so you would be losing the accessibility improvements along with some new features requiring the new markup, like columns.

Samuel, Thank you for answering, however …
It isn’t possible to “work” with a "Placeholder?
Ron

That’s not an option, but you can suggest to our product team any improvement or feature you wish in our roadmap page: https://www.gravityforms.com/gravity-forms-roadmap/?c=submit-idea

That way your request will reach the product team directly and they will be able to consider your request and queue it in the workflow of a future version if it’s accepted.

Samuel,
Thanky you for the suggestion.I’ve done this lately.
Ron
