User ID does not exist in fields to map entries in Import Entries In Gravity

Hi,

I would like to import entries of users using Import Entries In Gravity plugin (https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/import-entries-in-gravity-forms/).

Unfortunately there is no User ID field to map fields in gravity import.

I need this field to add usernames in the entries.

What should I do?

Hi Mahsa. For that add-on, you will need to contact GravityMore support. We did not create that.

There is another entry import plugin from GravityKit as well if you are looking for an alternative solution:

If you don’t have the User ID column on your CSV, after the import, you can manually associate each entry with a user: Changing the creator of an entry in Gravity Forms - GravityKit Support, Knowledge Base, How-To & Docs
