I have ongoing issues with slow email delivery of notifications, and the host server (GoDaddy) seems to be the problem. Any tips or preferences on one of the third-party transactional email services recommended by Gravity Forms? Which one is easiest to set up? Thank you!

Tips or preferences on Mailgun, Postmark, Sendgrid?

As someone that posted in the above thread, still using Postmark in a high volume business capacity with zero issues.
