The number field can only be filled with numbers

Hello…
How do we force the number field to only be filled with numbers??
I don’t want any characters other than numbers to be filled in the number field.

example:

cannot be 123.456 or 123,456 or 123-456 or 123a456
I just want to be able to write 123456

Why don’t I just use the single line text field, because I need the number field as part of the calculation.

Please advise.

Hello. The number field will not allow an a, so this can’t be entered: 123a456

The other formats will be accepted though. If you only want integers, please see this:
