The form gets stuck when it needs to be edited

I have about 20 forms and when I want to edit any form, right after loading the page, the whole tab freezes and the script asks me after 2 minutes if I want to wait or stop. If I stop, the whole page breaks, and if I try to wait, everything repeats itself. In the end, I can’t change anything. We disabled other plugins and nothing happens.

This is the last version of GF.
