Submitted value (x) does not match expected value ($0.00)

error at the bottom of the page when customer tries to pay.

Submitted value (x) does not match expected value ($0.00)

Version 2.9.2

I’ve seen this pop up in a couple scenarios.

  1. When there is conditional logic that is being evaluated different on the frontend than the backend. There are some peculiar gotchas here. The easiest way to test for this is to disable any conditional logic on Pricing fields and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, start re-enabling conditional logic to identify on which field the issue begin and we can help troubleshoot from there.

  2. If you’re using any 3rd-party plugins to modify the price there can occasionally be conflicts. Does this apply to your form?

@david Thank you, I will check those! I logged on and bought a GravityWiz account. I thought it was for support. But then it looked like it was for add on plugins. Can you review it if I buy support?

WE aren’t using any third party apps to modify the price. But we are using an app to integrate the payment gateway.

We’ll be happy to take a look but it might save you a few dollars to go through Gravity Forms’ support first if don’t need any of our add-ons just yet.
