How do you add a submit button? I have created a form which looks good but I have no submit button.

The Submit button will be shown automatically. If the submit button does not show for you, you may have enabled conditional logic that hides the submit button until some condition, or it’s possible there is another issue.
UPDATE: When I viewed the form at your link, the Submit button is visible:
Did you already resolve the issue?
I found how other styled it, and changed the CSS styling so it does show up. Still wondering why that was needed.
