Submit Button CSS for all forms at once (documentation tips don't work)

I want to change the style of ALL submit buttons.
I found this documentation:

The code for a single form works fine - but I have got 80 forms on my website. So, I need something that works for all forms. But the first line of code does not work. I checked everything: there is no other conflicting CSS - it simply does not work. Any ideas? I use GF 2.8.
