How do I get my date picker to display as in ‘gravity 1’ image rather than ‘gravity 2’ on this page (my dates are on the second page of the form):
I thought it was caused by a plugin or CSS styling but I have tried disabling various options and cannot get the style to change. Many thanks.
The style shown in the first image can be accomplished by ensuring you are running at least Gravity Forms 2.5 and that the specific form does not have legacy markup enabled. Legacy markup can be toggled at Form Settings → Form Markup.
