I have elite. I added signiture add-on and it shows as “active” but I cannot actually add it to my form. Online it says it should show up in “advanced” but it is not there. I tried reloading, but no change. What do I need to do?

I have developed signature addon which is fresh take on Signature addon , uses vanilla js so less likely to conflict with other JS , if you wish you can try this paid addon

If the Signature Add-On is showing as active but the Signature field is not appearing under the Advanced Fields section, there may be a conflict with another plugin or your theme preventing it from loading properly.
Could you please perform a theme/plugin conflict test?
Please check whether the Signature field appears when only Gravity Forms and the Signature Add-On are enabled.
