Showing the value of a previous field

I have an email field that the user fills in on a form page.

The user can then navigate to the “next page” of the form where they have a contact preference… email or telephone

If the user selects “email” I’d like a field to populate with the email address and a check box to confirm that email is correct.

Is that possible

Passing field data between fields within the same form is not possible without an add-on. The Gravity Wiz populate anything add-on has a feature called Live Merge Tags, which makes it possible to populate a field with the value from another field.
