Sending Poll options value to CRM

Hi.
I have a Poll that works fine in normal usage. Unlike ‘normal’ behaviour where checkboxes and radio button values are passed, the Poll label text is passed to a CRM (ActiveCampaign) but I’d like to send the Value instead.

I’m looking at https://docs.gravityforms.com/gform_slug_field_value/#1-activecampaign-use-choice-text-instead-of-value to start but I’m not sure if this is the best starting point.

I’d value your feedback on whether this is the best filter to build on or if there’s something better.
