We presently operate a WordPress multisite that provides automated carrier onboarding services. One of our broker clients has requested that a specific field (i.e. the Motor Carrier Code [MCC]) be validated against the Federal Motor Carrier Site (safer.fmcsa.dot.gov) to ensure the carrier is an authorized and valid carrier. The thought is once the MCC number is added on the form by the broker and then the broker clicks on submit, a call would go to the Safer database and validate the MCC number.
