We are using the signature add on as well as the PDF previewer. We have 3 signature fields on our form and when using it on a mobile device, the screen refreshes after each signature. This is annoying because you have to scroll through the page multiple times. Is there a way to keep it from refreshing?
I can’t replicate the issue in a default WordPress installation. Make sure you’re running latest versions for Gravity Forms and the Signature add-on.
If you have latest versions installed already, I would recommend you to perform a full conflict test.
