Question categories with category-level scoring?

Continuing the discussion from Setting up a Survey/Quiz so that question categories are scored:

Hi @user660e67b1ae78d260 – did you ever figure out if this is possible? I need to do something similar (although maybe even more problematic, I need grouped categories where scores would rank sub-categories of a parent category separately from the sub-categories of a different parent category). I figure if what you where looking to do is possible, maybe there’d be a way to get to what I need also.

I did not get this to work with Gravity Forms. However, it was pretty easy to set up using a different plugin, you can find it here
