I recently created two new properties on HubSpot:
They both have enabled the “show in forms and bots” setting
And they do not appear in my “Additional Contact Field” dropdown in the HubSpot settings.
Any idea why this may be happening? I tried reloading, logging out, adding a new HubSpot feed, and nothing has worked.
To stay within the HubSpot API limits, the custom fields are cached by Gravity Forms: https://docs.gravityforms.com/creating-a-feed-for-the-hubspot-add-on/#h-custom-property-caching
The new fields you added should be showing up in your feed now, but next time this happens you can manually clear the cache (per the link above)
