Is there a way I can have something popup saying " Please Wait Form is Loading" with a spinning icon?

My forms are large…

Do you want that on the page before the form is displayed or after the form
Is submitted?

Before the form is loaded.

I found a plug-in called bestpreloader.

But it’s for every page on my website.

Can you apply it only to specific pages, or does that plugin not work for you?

I can’t have it to a specific page. That’s the problem, it’s home page only or the entire site.
