We have a form here and it doesn’t load for the user until the page is refreshed.
It’s hosted with GoDaddy, which doesn’t allow for single pages to have caching disabled.
Advise?
Hi Thomas, I just loaded it without issue in two separate browsers and saw the form. Have you tried from a different location, or a different computer or definitely a different browser (browser add-ons can interfere with page loading.) Please let us know your result.

I am still getting the same thing, on Win 10 with Firefox, & Chrome, as well as my android with Firefox and samsung browsers. My client is seeing the same on an iphone with safari, and I believe a mac with safari.
I just found, it seems to make a difference, if you go directly to the page, it may load fine, but if you go to another page first, like the homepage ( https://ListenToTrouble.com ) and navigate to “Participate” the form isn’t displaying.
It sounds like a conflict with other software on the site, or that caching is interfering. If you can recreate the issue reliably, you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to check for conflicts, to see if something is interfering with the display of the form. If you are using any caching plugin or server side caching, please disable that and perform the same tests to see if the form still does not display the first time.

To same situation also happens to me… Our clients complain about the form not loading…is there any solution for this.
