We would like to pass the values from the fields in Gravity Forms to a DocuSign Powerforms, which accepts a URL like this: https://demo.docusign.net/Member/PowerFormSigning.aspx?PowerFormId=255b8784-30b8-469c-a8c6-c49ec2d6a8e5&value1=Jason&lastname=Watson
