Hi,

I’m trying to add a dropdown menu, but it freezes all functionality.

I just purchased and downloaded Gravity forms (former user though, but had a pause from 2021 'till now).

Hi Danny,

  1. First, ensure you’re using the latest version of Gravity Forms and WordPress Core. If not, then upgrade to the latest version.
  2. Then disable all 3rd party plugins and switch to the default 2023/24 themes and try to reproduce the issue.
  3. If you still have the issue, follow Gravity Forms basic troubleshooting from below. :point_down:
