No entries after redirect confirmation

Creating a Redirect Type Confirmation to bring the visitor to an external url, there is no entry for that submission. How can I fix this? TX

That is not normal behaviour. No matter what type of confirmation you use, there should always be an entry created. I recommend opening a support ticket for this:
