New multicolumn layout CSS isn't defined

I’ve tried several times to get the new multicolumn layout to work, without success. Columns laid out in design as 3-4 wide, display stacked on top of one another.

Here’s what I’ve tried:
Disabled all plugins except GF
Disabled CDN plugin
Changed theme to twenty-twenty
Ctrl/Shift-F5 to bypass cache
Checked network tab for errors downloading files
Legacy markup is off
Upgraded to 2.5.14

When using FF developer mode, I can see the class name in the html “gfield–width-quarter”. However, the CSS definitions don’t appear in the CSS definitions to the right. Additionally, on inspection of the section, I don’t find any CSS for gravity forms to define the classes.

Is the CSS handled some other way? Where should I look for the CSS? Have I missed some checkbox somewhere?

Can you share a link to the page on your site where we can see this form? Thank you.

Is there a way to keep the link/page private?

If you need to keep it private, I recommend opening a support ticket here:

Thank you.
