Need to convert o standard radio field to a poll field

I have a form setup with two questions, they were supposed to be poll fields but one of them is a standard radio button field.

The form already have historical entries, is there a way to convert the standard field to a poll field so the results for that question can be displayed?

I don’t think you can convert the existing field to a poll field. You might need to create a poll field. It may require custom coding to convert the existing field to a poll field or to migrate the data to the poll field.
