I have developed there different types of addons which give users ability to take picture from user device check them out in the links below:

  1. Webcam for Gravity Forms : Let user take one picture with webcam

  2. Multi Image WebCam for Gravity Forms : Lets users take multiple pictures with webcam

  3. Multi Image Cam for Gravity Forms : Lets users take multiple image with any camera conected to device
