Since you all close these topics within days I wasn’t able to respond to my original ticket with the solution.
Here’s my original post:
here are multiple topics about wanting to connect multiple stripe accounts and your team continues to say it’s possible but it simply doesn’t work. When you override the Stripe account at the feed level it also changes the main Stripe account in settings so all forms are switched over to the new account.
Here’s a previous support topic that tells you this, but your team didn’t respond:
Multiple active Stripe accounts for one website?
Hi all Is this possible yet? Using the Feeds setup to change the Stripe account just replaces the existing Stripe account with the new one, it does not add a new Stripe account. Thanks Paul
I have this same issue. Do you have any updates on getting this fixed?
And here’s the solution from your support team:
• On the Stripe site, check the account business settings to confirm that the two accounts do actually have different account names
- Remove the account override via the feed settings
- Disconnect via the main Forms > Stripe page
- Flush/Clear the caches of any caching/optimization plugins/services the site could be using, and your browser cache and cookies
- Connect the add-on via the main Forms > Stripe page
- Flush/Clear the caches of any caching/optimization plugins/services the site could be using, and your browser cache and cookies
- Override the connection via the feed settings
